- Mana Abrar Aria (manaabrar.com) provides investment advisory, capital raising, M&A, venture and corporate venture fund design, and education in these fields.
- Our services are business advisory and educational. They are not an offer to buy or sell securities or a guarantee of returns. Investment decisions remain yours.
Services and prices
- Prices are listed on the services page in Toman. The amount shown at the payment gateway is the final amount.
- 45-minute advisory session: 10,000,000 Toman. You choose the time after payment; the session is held online.
- Pitch deck and financial model review with written report: 50,000,000 Toman. The report is delivered within 10 working days of receiving complete files.
- Fundraising readiness package: 100,000,000 Toman plus a 2% success fee on the amount raised, set in a separate contract and paid only if the round closes.
- Full Investor Map report (PDF and Excel) with 12 months of updates: 1,000,000 Toman. Available to download immediately and for 12 months.
- Valuation reports and larger projects (M&A, fund structuring) are quoted after a first session and start with a written contract.
Payment
- Online payment goes through the secure Zarinpal gateway with Shetab bank cards. We never see your card details.
- After a successful payment you receive a receipt with the order number and tracking code by email; it is also shown under My account.
- If money left your account but the payment was not confirmed, the bank returns it automatically within 72 hours.
Cancellation and refunds
- Advisory session: cancelling or rescheduling up to 24 hours before the session is free, and a cancellation is refunded in full. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are not refunded.
- Pitch deck and model review: refunded in full until you send the files. Once the review has started, it cannot be refunded.
- Fundraising readiness package: refunded in full within 7 days of payment if work has not started. After work starts, refunds are pro rata for work not done.
- Investor Map report: as a digital product, it cannot be refunded once downloaded.
- To request a refund, email your order number to info@manaabrar.com. Refunds are made to the paying card within 7 working days.
Confidentiality and privacy
- Your company information and documents are confidential and never shared with third parties without your consent. Deal-room introductions happen only with your approval and only to approved investors.
- Your email and phone number are used only to deliver the service, send receipts and related updates. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
